The ISO-Gruppe and Matthias Rotter have been business partners for many years. Since the turn of the millennium, he has held positions of responsibility in leading European tourism companies and carried out joint projects with ISO. These included the renowned travel brand Meiers Weltreisen (Division Manager) and later DER Touristik (Managing Director).

With his experience and analytical skills, he will be able to provide travel companies with first-class support and advice,” says Markus Kretschmer, Managing Director of ISO Travel Solutions GmbH.
Matthias Rotters role at ISO is to act as an experienced strategic advisor to travel companies. He analyzes their requirements for sophisticated IT projects and works with the ISO-Gruppe to determine their feasibility.
“Many companies in the industry are faced with the question of how to equip themselves for a successful future with innovative technologies. With my experience from the same customer perspective, I am ready to tackle this challenge with confidence,” says Matthias Rotter.
The goal is to ensure a success-oriented project concept and an optimal start to the collaboration. During the course of the project, Matthias Rotter will also contribute his expertise in IT change management and will be able to support ISO customers in many business matters.
“In my other role as a trainer in the field of leadership development, I regularly experience how important it is to act in the here and now. The key to success is to stay in touch and wrestle with each other until a common understanding is reached. From there, we can break new ground together. This is exactly how I imagine working with ISO customers,” adds Matthias Rotter.
