The internationally active research and consulting institute GPTW awarded the ISO-Gruppe with the distinction Great Place to Work.
In the fall of 2022, a survey of the employees of the companies of the ISO-Gruppe was started that lasted several weeks. Various aspects were asked for, such as the assessment of the managers, the agility and innovations in the company or the quality of the respective workplace. In order to keep the results as authentic as possible, the survey was completely anonymous. Each participant received an invitation and was able to express his or her opinion without allowing any conclusions to be drawn about him or her personally.
Naturally, the experiences of employees in an IT group of companies that operates in a wide variety of industries and technology fields at around a dozen locations in four different countries and employs 650 people vary greatly. "We are all the more pleased that even during the strong growth in the last ten years, we have been able to maintain our character as a medium-sized family business," explains Barbara Nägerl-Amaro, HR Manager at ISO-Gruppe. "I have been part of the ISO-Gruppe since 2010 and have been able to help shape this development. Reliability, willingness to perform and innovations towards our customers on the one hand and a friendly cooperation at eye level on the other." Kununu agreed with the assessment of Great Place to Work Deutschland GmbH and awarded the ISO-Gruppe with the "Top Company Badge".
The ISO-Gruppe continues to grow. For this very reason, it is a concern for the management to continuously cultivate the corporate culture as well. "Personal relationship is important to us. Whether it's summer parties, Christmas celebrations or the annual kick-off event at the beginning of the year, we place a lot of value on community," says Moritz Goeb, member of the ISO-Gruppe management board. "This was just demonstrated by our Christmas party in the garden of our ISO headquarters in Nuremberg, where several hundred employees came together across locations."
